How this works: This template has 24 questions on a game board that can be chosen from (some of the question cards will lead to a “tumble” slide rather than an actual question). Students will:
Choose a question from the tumbling tower pieces by clicking on a game piece.
If your answer is incorrect, no points will be awarded.
If your answer is correct, add the amount of points shown on the question piece.
Add the amount of points by tapping the numbers.
If you tumble the pieces, you will lose all your points.
Continue playing until all questions are answered.
The team with the highest score at the end of the game wins.
What can you customize? You can customize the font style, sizes, backgrounds and color. You can customize the number of questions, the borders, and the size of the “buttons”.
Protections: Video directions for the protections begin at the 11 minute mark if you need to revisit them. You must protect this file from being edited. When you go to File, Save As, you will click on More Options. Click on Tools, then General Options, add in a Password in the box that says “Password to Modify”. Where it says “Save as Type” change that to PowerPoint Show. Change the name so you know this is the protected PowerPoint that will automatically open in Slideshow mode.
If you are on a MAC the steps to add your protections are slightly different. Check out Lisa’s video that walks you through what you need to do - you can find it by CLICKING HERE!
